The Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and elevating our sales performance standards to drive the growth of our clubs.
About You
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
Knowledge of the gym environment.
Fitness industry experience is a bonus, but not required.
Proven track record of achievements and success in previous roles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Club Performance
Enhance the overall performance of the Sales Team each business quarter.
Implement effective procedures and processes to optimise company performance.
Achieve monthly targets for new sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
Provide effective leadership to staff, contributing to improved overall business performance.
2. Member Experience & Integration
Improve customer feedback and retention rates each business quarter.
Go the extra mile to enhance the member experience.
Facilitate the integration of new members and upsell them into personal training and group training programs.
Ensure that every member interaction results in a positive experience.
3. Direct Marketing
Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Regional Manager in areas such as email communication, collateral/asset creation, and brainstorming sessions.
Create impactful direct marketing communications, including SMS and email campaigns.
Proactively establish and manage corporate business partnerships and agreements.
Design and execute lead activations to drive leads.
