ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
The position:
- Prepare, cook, and serve delightful meals to high standards, considering dietary requirements and guest preferences
- Deliver exceptional service to staff, residents, and guests
- Uphold food safety standards and collaborate on enticing specials
- Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences
The person:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- Experience working in a high volume, buffet-style kitchen
- Successfully clear pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol screening, and police clearance
- Proficient in food safety standards and culinary techniques
