Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage various Residential Construction projects around Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, trade qualified, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Residential Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of Residential Construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and trade allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Liaise with engineers, and designers to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of project plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Residential Construction in supervisory or leadership role.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods, as well as a strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple Residential Construction projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, Onsite Companion experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality work.
• Valid driver's license and Supervisor license.
