Residential/Commercial Property Manager

Raine & Horne Commercial Inner West is seeking a new member to join their property management team. The position will manage a small residential portfolio as well as assist the Senior Commercial Property Managers. Join a supportive team, award winning sales/leasing agents and dedicated accounts team, you'll have the support you need to excel in this position.
 

Responsibilities:

- Hybrid role managing a small residential portfolio and then assisting the Commercial Property Managers.

- Collaborate with the leasing managers to achieve low vacancy rates 

- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting and rent collection

- Utilize the latest technology and property management software to streamline processes and enhance customer service

- Conduct outgoing property inspections, addressing maintenance issues promptly and proactively

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to provide expert advice to clients
 

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in either residential or commercial Property Management.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and team members

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere

- Proficient in using the latest technology and property management software

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail

- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices
