We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Gold Coast Operations Team, assisting in the coordination of our people.
With collaborative and adequate support, the role involves:
Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for providing front-line resourcing support services coordinating people, plant and equipment for our Operational Teams in alignment with ongoing needs of our Project Partners.
Duties will include:
- Resource planning, allocation and scheduling using the companies resource management system;
- Planning resource schedules, creating assignments, tracking progress and maintenance of resource scheduling programs to achieve operational objectives;
- Ability to adopt and understand workforce scheduling principles;
- Manage the scheduling queues, to ensure all work requests are captured accurately in the rostering system and all actions are captured;
- Selection, verification and utilisation of suitably qualified personnel to achieve operational requirements;
- Ensure efficient utilisation of field-based resources, plant and equipment to achieve work schedules and client requirements; and
- Accurate and efficient scheduling of resource requirements to achieve operational activities.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience, ideally in a blue/white-collar recruitment and scheduling environment with proven results (desirable);
- Experience coordinating and rostering high volume assignments including field employees, vehicles, and equipment to meet client and operational requirements (desirable);
- The ability to work in a fast-paced customer-centric environment showing close attention to detail;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads across multiple tasks;
- Extensive data entry experience, being responsible for the accuracy of data entry in a high-volume environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- A "Can Do" attitude and friendly demeanour.
