Who are we looking for?
This full-time position is located in Malaga WA and we are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong customer-centric approach.
As the Resource List Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in daily communication with multiple schools and supporting Sales Account Managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience, particularly during the back-to-school season by developing school Resource Lists.
Additionally, in your capacity as Administration Support, you will oversee and aid customer service representatives in their responsibilities, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints. This role entails supervising a small team of temporary staff members to provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance.

- Developing strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
