AddressWe're looking for a Bar Manager to join our team at Franklin's Bar in Thornbury (646 High Street).
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

-ability to drive a business with key understanding on leadership, stock management, costing drinks, managing COGS, wastage, wages and implementing & upholding procedures
-ability to create and shape new cocktail lists, cocktail specials, beer, wine & back bar offerings

-curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow
-ideally live close and know the workings of High Street well
About the bar:
Franklin’s is a cosy bar specialising in friendly neighbourhood cocktails. We have a warm fireplace, comfy booths, killer drinks, delicious pizzas, a lovely leafy laneway & courtyard, fun vinyl DJs Fri/Sat nights and a fun-loving party atmosphere.
We have lots of regulars and a strong hospo following in the area, so being able to talk to guests at the bar and cultivate relationships with locals is really important to us as a little bar in the 'burbs.
Franklin's has a strong cocktail program with a lot of care and thought put into our seasonal cocktail menus. We strive to use cutting edge techniques, flavour combinations and try to make accessible drinks for everybody, without being pretentious. Creating new lists and plenty of memorable cocktails will be a large part of this role.
