We're seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team! Our restaurant, blending the vibrant flavours of Asia with contemporary twists, is set to open its doors in August 2024.

We're on the lookout for an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in managing restaurants across diverse cultural landscapes, with a special focus on Asia. Specifically, we're in need of a Restaurant Manager who possesses a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in all aspects of restaurant management, cafe manager experience may be considered. Your demonstrated expertise in Asian-inspired menus and dining concepts will be instrumental in defining the triumph of our restaurant.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the seamless execution of our culinary vision. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Recruiting, training, and managing diverse teams to foster a positive work environment and promote growth.
• Implementing strategies to control food costs while maintaining quality and profitability.
• Planning menu in consultation with Head Chef
• Developing comprehensive training programs to empower staff and deliver exceptional service.
• Conceptualising and executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and boost sales.
• Maintaining inventory levels, analysing financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Planning and executing restaurant expansion strategies.
• Providing outstanding customer service, assessing customer satisfaction with meals and service, and resolving issues promptly.
• Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve collective goals.
• Overseeing equipment maintenance schedules and ensuring functionality.
