Position: Restaurant Manager As the Restaurant Manager at Hecho En Mexico Fitzroy, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable dining experiences. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, from ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. We are seeking a proactive leader who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to upholding the unique essence of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume establishment (2 years).

• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus.
