Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and preferences.
- Continuously monitor and adjust rosters to meet changing client needs and manage last-minute scheduling changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to ensure strong service delivery.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in staffing or rostering is desirable.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly phone manner
- Proficiency in using Deputy, Monday.com and Microsoft Office applications is desirable

Schedule: Wednesday 7am - 3pm, Saturday 6am - 9am, Sunday 6am - 9am.
