About the role
The Rostering Officer is responsible for rostering a team of support workers to support participants living in Supported Independent Living and community-based services. The role is based at our Heatherbrae office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Essential Criteria
- Must have experience rostering for minimum 50 staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound computer skills
- Experience working in the disability sector
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with Deputy, Flow Logic, or other similar rostering platforms.
- Experience working in the disability sector.
Pay Rate
Renumeration in line with experience under the SCHADS award between $60-$70k
