Description
Addressing customer inquiries forms a crucial aspect of the role. This could be providing information about services, handling these inquiries promptly and effectively is essential for customer satisfaction.
Managing communication through emails and the Salesforce (SF) CRM tool is pivotal. This involves not only responding to customer queries but also updating records, tracking interactions, and ensuring information is accurate.
Handling incoming calls is another significant duty. This includes not only answering queries but also proactively reaching out to customers to gather necessary information or provide assistance. Access to accounting software and Microsoft Dynamics AX aids in managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and addressing billing inquiries efficiently.
The management of parking cards is also a critical aspect of the role. This involves tasks such as cancelling and activating cards, arranging replacements, and addressing customer queries related to card usage. Additionally, reaching out to customers with inquiries about car parks further enhances customer support and ensures smooth parking experiences.
Monitoring SF channels helps in staying updated with customer interactions, feedback, and potential leads. This proactive approach enables timely responses and effective management of customer relationships.
General administrative tasks encompass various responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of the sales team. This may include data entry, document management, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance as required.
Profile
Looking for someone:
- 1-2 years experience as a Sales Admin or Customer Service
- Great Communication skills
