We currently have a unique opportunity available in our Wacol office working on some of our major contracts. Treescape is seeking the right candidate to support our QLD operations as an Administrator. Potential days and hours can be flexible for the right applicant! This position is Listed as a full time role, However Treescape are prepared to look at the potential for part time hours for the right Canidate , so if you are restricted to School hours we are open to hearing from you too!
Your tasks will range from:
Timesheet coordination
Administration support
Invoicing
Purchase order processing
General admin and data support
Use of tablets and various technology devices
It is highly desirable if you have the below training:
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Fast keyboard skills, with an accuracy rate of 98%.
- Good telephone manner, listening and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Valid QLD Drivers Licence
