Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales process and activities, manage SalesForce, and generate reports.
- Provide telephone support for BDMs, activate new client accounts, and maintain sales collateral.
- Analyse client data and conference attendee lists, manage travel arrangements, and log support calls.
- Prepare sales materials, manage senior managers' diaries, and coordinate meetings.
- Audit expense claims and provide ad hoc sales support.
- Salesforce experience is critical.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar role
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
