Sales and Accounts Manager

Care Essentials is an Australian medical device manufacturer. Our range of products include patient warming machines/blankets, PPE including N95/P2 respirators, CSSD wraps and other medical consumables. Our products are made in Australia and exported to over 70 countries and the company enjoys a very good reputation.

We are seeking a  passionate self-driven professional who can grow the business in Queensland region. 

Our team is friendly, supportive and committed to succeed in expanding the business.

As Accounts Manager, your role is to maintain our large existing customer base of blue chip clients,  identify new accounts  and drive sales growth. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Seek, prioritize and target new territory opportunities effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Actively implement and execute on sales initiatives to drive business growth. 
• Servicing existing customers, identifying and utilizing your key customer networks.
• Customer education.

What skills and experience must you have?

• New business development and sales experience preferably, but not essential.
• Some experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and seeking new business will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in nursing, anaesthetic technician, biomedical engineering will be an added advantage.
• Outstanding communication, sales skills and customer service. 
• Leadership and organizations skills.

Candidates who may not have the necessary experience but have a passion and positive attitude, especially with nursing, anaesthetic technician, biomedical engineering or other medical background are welcome to apply. 

Salary is negotiable based on your skills and experience. Salary package includes base salary, car allowance, fuel card and commission/ incentives.
