About the role
Clinical Labs is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager (full time) to join our team in Adelaide, SA.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the business development, Sales and Marketing functions for the SA region and plays a key part in the management and growth of existing/potential clients for Clinical Labs in the SA region.
This is a full time position based at our corporate head offices in Adelaide Airport.
Key accountabilities of the role:
- Build new and strengthen trusted partnerships with clients, whilst providing differentiated value through promotion of services/products, education and support.
- Ensure clear communication and touchpoints are maintained with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team members to develop and implement territory plan and key account plans, with ongoing evaluation, tracking and course corrective actions.
- Meet customer and territory KPI’s, report customer activity in CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date.
- Lead, manage and supervise the Sales and Marketing team for the SA region.
To be considered for the role you will need to possess the following:
- Field Sales experience within the medical field (or similar) is ideal, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets.
- Account Management/Development mindset - proactive self-management in owning your business and determining results.
- Multiple stakeholder engagement.
- Utilisation of CRM to capture client interactions and desired outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to travel for the purposes of meeting clients and stakeholders.
- Valid driver's licence, residency and Work rights in Australia required.
