They source, build, develop, and sell their own residential apartment and mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area, and have a huge development pipeline of over 5000 apartments.
The role
A position has become available for a Sales Associate to join their team in 2024. This is an integral role within the company as you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager with the sale of off the plan apartments in multiple locations in Sydney. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage Incoming Leads from Qualification through to Purchase
- Conduct Private Appointments & Sales Presentations
- Research Current & Projected Market Trends to Improve Sales Strategy
- Establish Relationships with Local Communities through Networking
- Assist Administration & Liaise with Legal Representatives of Buyers
As a Sales Associate, it is essential that you have experience in residential real estate and have a current Certificate of Registration. Other key requirements include:
- Real Estate Experience in Sales, Admin, or Property Management
- Valid Driver’s Licence & Own Reliable Car
- Strong Communication, Time Management & Organisational Skills
- Ability to Work to Deadlines
- A Professional & High Achieving Attitude
