About the role:
Supporting new and existing clients who actively seek specified products or services, in completing their purchase.
Intense KPI-defined office-based day schedule. No travel required. Frequent leave of absence or casual office attendance are not suitable for this role.
Competence in working with loyal customers, services and programs sales, understanding or willing to learn healthcare ethics, polite and time-efficient verbal and email communication, ability to work with CRM and learn new digital systems and terminology as required.
Friendly demeanour, quality communication skills, welcoming interactive style in a team environment.
