As a Sales Consultant, you will use your strong negotiation and communication skills to provide clients with high-quality customer service and the industry's best advice and insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Showcase home features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Address inquiries promptly and maintain effective communication.
- Meet sales targets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will display:
- Prior sales experience in new home sales or related industry
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset - industry experience is not essential
- Proactive and results-driven approach
- Detail-oriented and organized
