The Role:
In the initial phase of the Data Coordinator role, the focus will be on collaborating with external parties to integrate new systems into our operations and educate our staff on these technologies.
Ongoing, the role will involve coordinating our lead generation software platforms, managing lead allocation, cleaning our CRM data, analysing data and performance, producing reports for the Sales Manager and Marketing, as well as continuing to educate staff in using the systems efficiently.
This role is crucial for enhancing our sales processes, improving lead generation, and ensuring our team is well-equipped to use these new systems effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to integrate new sales and CRM systems into our current operations
- Develop integration strategies that align with our sales goals and lead generation objectives
- Work closely with our IT department to ensure seamless implementation and troubleshoot any issues
- Communicate feedback, issues and reporting to Sales Manager and Head of Brand and Marketing
- Work with Head of Brand and Marketing to analyse and optimise conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to enhance quantity and quality of leads
- You will be diving deep into our data, and analysing where you can see room for improvement
- Monitor the effectiveness of the new systems, making adjustments as needed to optimise performance
- Lead the effort to educate our staff on these new systems, ensuring a smooth transition and effective usage
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to understand their needs and ensure the new systems support these requirements
- After the initial integration phase, focus on ongoing lead generation and system optimisation

- Technical proficiency in CRM and sales software
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on innovation and efficiency
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
