Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic person to join our existing team of young professionals. You will be supporting our sales team and will be reporting to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent excel knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tariff and rate consolidation and maintenance.
- Organise collection and analysis of costs.
- Engage and source suppliers according to General Manager’s direction.
- Provide support to sales department across various aspects such as presentation preparation, event reception and documenting meeting minutes.
- Liaise with Operations and Sales/Marketing team to act as a bridging point between both departments.
- Monitor sales and marketing operations and report findings to General Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency in excel is essential
- Sales or customer service experience is preferable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
