The ideal applicant has a min of 2 to 3 years’ experience in post degree work coupled with a desire to work directly with site based clients and build a network in mining.

You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with their customers, understanding their needs then presenting client requirements back to our internal design team. You will work closely with their highly supportive cross-functional team lead by passionate and relatable Directors.
The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and some general interest in fluid dynamics coupled with strong written skill and commercial acumen. The candidate is not expected to know the dewatering environment, the client is willing to invest in training.

Position Specific Requirements: (General Day to Day Duties)
- Develop strong relationships with site-based managers on dewatering solutions.
- Seek market intelligence around changes in mining processes and dewatering.
- Present strategic opportunities to Directors on both domestically and globally.
- Provide feedback to our design and contract engineering team on product performance and client satisfaction.
- Assist in building bespoke system designs based on clients unique needs.
- Remain abreast of supply lead times and assembly activities to ensure client satisfaction on delivery times.
- Act as on-site focal point for system design, commissioning and trouble shooting.
- Provide leadership in hydrodynamic modelling of pumping solutions.
- Lead in setting standards of professional representation of our brand in all aspects of communication with clients.
- General office duties as required.
