About the role
Looking after both the NSW and Queensland markets, in this challenging, dynamic and fast paced role you will be responsible for managing an existing profitable and vibrant client base that includes the Mining, Industrial, Food and Beverage industries, whilst identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Skills & experience
So that you yourself are able to make the transition smoothly, you will possess the following key attributes:
- A demonstrated industrial/mechanical sales history
- An appreciation or of Power Transmission products such as Chains, Sprockets, Gearboxes, Couplings, Bearings ect.
- A willingness to identify and chase new business opportunities
- Confidence with talking to engineers/consultants and the ability to interpret technical drawings and calculations
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- A relevant mechanical tertiary qualification ideal but not mandatory
