Due to the increase in panel contracts, we are seeking a highly passionate, motivated, customer-focused, and organised Sales Estimator / Contract Support person to join our team.
Our clients and supply panel contracts range from Government, Corporate, Education, and Healthcare clients throughout Australia.
We are a young dynamic workforce and growing fast. We will provide training on our products and processes to ensure you are successful in the role. You will be working closely with the Sales Team and Senior Project Sales Co-ordinator. You will also be part of a great team.
Responsibilities and previous experience include:
- Understanding a client brief and choosing appropriate furniture selections, solution design, estimation and value management.
- Sending RFQs and RFI's to suppliers and contractors for quoting and tender submissions
- Prepare quotes and tender pricing for the sales team
- Responding to website enquiries
- Entry of accepted quotes into the CRM system ready for our project coordinator to order
- Assist with preparing tender responses and submissions
- Ensure compliance/administration with our panel contract arrangements
- Maintain clear documentation in line with our company CRM, manuals, and quality-assured systems and processes.
- Commercial furniture experience would be an advantage
- Excel proficient
