Role Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
- Solid understanding of Managed Services, Leveraged Services, and Cloud Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Public or Govt or Federal or Commercial Sector Sales across domain.
- Proven record in meeting and exceeding New Logo Sales targets
- Proactively identifies, qualifies, develops, manages, and grows new logo sales pipelines leveraging Unisys’ portfolio of technologies, products, solutions, and services.
- Coordinates new logo opportunity development across a matrixed team to ensure effective management of new business opportunities.
- Develops a strong understanding of a prospective client's marketplace, competitive landscape, and their financial and business drivers.
- Responsible for developing and growing new logo pipeline by aligning Unisys solutions to prospective client business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targets new logo business for mid-tier prospective clients.
- Applies expertise selling services solutions within a particular service offering or industry.
- Leverages client, market, and product understanding to anticipate prospective client needs, objections, and/or uncertainty in a proactive and compelling manner.
- Identifies target clients, performs prospect outreach and demand generation efforts in support of detailed account plans that will drive demand to meet or exceed annual assigned targets.
- Proactively contacts and engages with prospective clients and client influencers to develop and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Cultivates industry and client-specific knowledge and sales strategies.
- Utilizes a consultative sales approach to integrate and identify a compelling value propositions to meet client business outcomes.
- Effectively transitions qualified strategic opportunities to the deal closure team.
Key Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience with 6 years with a sales and/or industry experience.
- Must have consistent successful quota attainment.
- Must have industry knowledge and demonstrate independence with managing work.
- Willingness to travel, as needed.
- Driven, enthusiastic, persistent, confident, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
- Strong ability to persuade, be strategic, motivate, and influence others.
- Excellent systems knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite programs and internet.
