Job Purpose:
To oversee, manage (both remotely and onsite), lead and motivate the Sales team ensuring daily performance targets are achieved.

Typical activities:
- Develop sales strategies and setting targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures – daily, weekly and monthly
- Accurately recording daily call log, reports and statistics provided to the wider business
- Deliver key messages to sales team to ensure they can deliver optimal sales results
- Attend daily update meetings with Head of Sales. Be reactive and apply strategic plans as required.
- Implement change when new strategies are delivered
- Constantly evaluate success of Sales team through training and coaching.
- Monitoring individual’s & team’s performance and motivating them to achieve company KPI’s.
- Constantly maintain high motivation within the sales team
- Ensure staff can work at a competent level on all systems
- Monitor staff attendance, absence and address any concerns that arise.
- Feedback to Product on calls received and obstacles which you have had to overcome.
- Keeping up to date and understanding all products promoted to our clients.
- Ensure highest level of customer service provided to deliver exceptional customer journey.
- Work closely with Head of Sales Australasia to ensure continuous office success and growth.
- Conduct 121’s as well as implement performance improvement plans for sales staff as required.

- Proven track record in delivering results with the ability to deliver robust solutions.
- Resilient, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with strong people skills.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of sales process, open, sell and close.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others, leading by example.
- Experience in supervising and motivating staff in a team.
- A confident, strong, friendly personality
- The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick thinking.
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit

- Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.

- Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email.
- Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations.
