Sales And Property Management Administrator

A fabulous role in Inner North for an experienced Real Estate administrator to provide support to a busy Sales team and Property Management team.

The Company
You will be working with an absolute up and coming sales team. This is a company going from strength to strength, and have built a huge reputation in the North and West for incredible service and high sales results.
The Role
This is a full time, Monday to Friday position, based in the office. You will be working closely with a highly successful residential Sales and Property Management team, providing 5 star admin support, plus responding to client enquiry in a timely manner.

A typical day will include tasks (but not limited to) such as;

• Prepare submissions and authorities
• Coordinate and follow through marketing initiatives
• Arrange contracts to be prepared
• Maintain stocklists
• Take all inbound new client listing enquiries
• Provide information all all new inbound listing enquiries on listings
• Coordinate listing inspections for the inspection sales rep
• Follow up after inspections
• Assisting the Property Management team

We are looking for a resilient, super organisation, driven team player who enjoys working at pace. You will be very familiar working with programs such as MS Office, CRM programs, Eblast programs, Adobe InDesign and industry related programs.
