The Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to drive our business growth in Brisbane. This role is not just about sales; it's about being a vital part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and secure business with residential builders
- Utilise our systems that provide incoming leads to build relationships with new clients
- Analyse plans and energy efficiency reports to send quotes
- Meet with directors, estimators and contracts administrators to discuss our services
- Negotiate pricing
- Work closely with the operations team to schedule jobs and ensure quality work
- Regularly report to the general manager of Brisbane Insulation, contributing to our collaborative success
- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a tight knit team
- Strong sales and/or construction experience
