Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the New South and Queensland regions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and communication.
- Utilise proven sales skills to negotiate and secure new business agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, distribution, accounts and marketing.
- Understand market trends and make strategic recommendations for future planning.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to plan, monitor, and review sales activities.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
- Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
- Challenge the status quo and contribute to innovation within the sales department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or Foodservice.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Phone/Tablet, Gmail, Google Docs/Drive, Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel interstate to meet key clients.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Understanding of health and organic products.
