Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continued success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our steel products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and applications to clients.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and inform decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to coordinate sales efforts, optimize processes, and ensure customer needs are met.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Salay and Benefits
Base – $80k - $100k | Super 11% | Bonus | Car
