About the Company:
We are working with an advisory service company operating in the residential aged care market. This company offers a custom built software as well as financial and income management services to assist their clients with performance and benchmarking.
About the Role:
- A business development role with mixed responsibility to engage existing customer relationships and proactively pursue engagement with prospective customers (aged care facilities).
- Proactive outbound lead generation and appointment setting
- Lead generation including:
- EDM/Funnel/other digital prospecting
- Cold calling
- Linkedin/database building
- Successful appointment setting.
- Create strategic account plans relating to the Victoria and Tasmania territory.
- Work closely with an existing sales team, you will be responsible in identifying and creating advocacy with multiple stakeholders, presenting to Clevel, Clinical & Finance decision makers, monitoring and driving project pipeline and overseeing tender submissions when required.
- Identifying and driving opportunities with prospective clients by creating relationships with key decision makers in public health (aged care facilities) across Victoria and Tasmania
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in service-based selling, ideally within the aged care, consulting or software (SaaS) sector
- Ability to effectively build rapport and relationships.
- Demonstrateg lead genration experience including cold calling, online outbound prospecting, building sales campaigns, edms, and successful appointment setting
- Ability to develop innovative email campaigns and think outide of the box to generate new leads
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivated, passionate, and results focused.
- Proactive attitude with a friendly and professional demeanour.
