An Australian software engineering company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their team. You will be part of an existing and collaborative Salesforce team, reporting directly to the Product Owner.
Salesforce has been made one of their main technology priorities and has great support across the whole organisation incl. senior leadership.

This is a hybrid work arrangement and you can work from their Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.
Skills and experience
- 3+ years hands on Salesforce administration experience
- Configuration across flows, standard and custom objects, security and access, reports and dashboards and process automation
- Experience working across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Data management, reporting, cleaning, security, migration, import/export experience
- Experience in conducting UAT with end users to ensure configuration meets business requirements
- The ability to write and maintain documentation around solutions and architectural design records (ADRs)
- Develop and update user guides and training materials to help end users effectively utilise Salesforce functionalities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business requirements and work closely with various stakeholders
