AddressExperis have been engaged by our Federal Government client in Sydney and Brisbane to assist with sourcing a skilled Salesforce Support Analyst for a 12 month contract.
About the Role
Our Client is embarking on significant initiatives aimed at delivering cutting-edge ICT solutions tailored to meet the needs of various government programs. This role is pivotal in the implementation and support of Salesforce/Industries solutions, integral to enhancing service delivery for our Federal Government Client. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing digital transformation efforts, ensuring seamless access to services for constituents through digital and cloud platforms.
Duties
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the complex business processes and regulations within the organisation.
- Configure and maintain Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
- Provide advanced support for user issues, including troubleshooting complex issues and liaising with Salesforce support when necessary.
- Conduct thorough investigation of issues by analysing various log sources.
- Assess new Salesforce releases to determine functionality requirements and communicate changes to relevant departments/users.
- Develop and upkeep documentation on processes and configurations.
- Cultivate positive relationships with business areas, guiding them through user acceptance testing based on their priorities and requirements.
- Perform data analysis, loading, and reporting tasks.
- Undertake deeper customisation's of the Salesforce platform, such as setting up custom fields, objects, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Proficiency in designing, building, and debugging Flows, including error handling, debugging, and optimisation.
- Utilise Gitlab and version control for implementing fixes to production.
- Customise and manage Lightning Experience, including creating and assigning Lightning Pages and managing Lightning Apps.
- Collaborate within an Agile delivery methodology.
You will have the following experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with certification as a Salesforce Admin or Certified Platform App Builder.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for continued learning and professional development.
- Customer-focused attitude with effective communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly explanations.
It will be great if you also have
- Hands-on experience with version control, branching, and metadata deployments.
- Familiarity with Vlocity/Omnistudio.
- Comfortable with innovative approaches to accessibility and passionate about accessible design and development.
All successful candidates will undergo entry-level checks. Applicants must be Australian Citizens and either possess or be willing to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
