Myer is currently looking for a Sample & Production Coordinator who has the crucial role of ensuring all products are received, prepared, and returned in a highly organised method to meet pressing deadlines.
About the role:
- Follow Myer eCommerce style guide and Brand DNAs
- The P&SC Plays the critical role of ensuring all products are received, prepared, and returned in a highly organised method to meet pressing deadlines.
- Be the gatekeeper of all samples that are delivered via the Merchandising Team and with every brief received, you ensure it ticks every box before it goes into the first stage of the production process
- Lead the preparation of all products required for production as well as ensure deliveries and returns of samples follow a seamless process
- Work alongside our Content Producer, supporting them across the administration on all projects
- Work alongside our Lead Stylist, supporting them across preparing product for content production
- Work closely and collaborate with Merchandise teams
- Prepare garments and products for all eCommerce productions
- Ensure all sets are well maintained and follow OH&S protocols
- Communicate workflow with Lead Stylist and Content Producer
- Manage daily sample deliveries and returns in accordance with eCommerce shoot schedule
- Hands on, solution focused, adaptive, flexible, and reactive
- Stay ahead of current styling trends and share knowledge with team
- Collaborate and respond to adhoc shoot briefs from wider team
About you:
- <1 year+ Professional experience in a similar field i.e. fashion agency
- General photo studio and sample management working knowledge: steaming/ironing/pinning and product preparation
- Previous experience in product preparation and/or studio environment is beneficial
- Dynamic thinker with a great attention to detail, adding value and support to all areas of the production process
- Highly organised, punctual and hands-on creative collaborator
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Pre-emptive and proactive
- Keep up to date on current and future trends
