We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Schedulerto join our Service Team at our Bundall head office.
The Role:
As a Service Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from customers. Your main task will be coordinating with service and maintenance technicians to schedule and complete on-site jobs, ensuring efficient operations across the department. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling technicians for service and maintenance jobs
- Completing job follow-up notes
- Invoicing
- Updating databases
- Managing customer portals
- Handling incoming calls
- Assisting with administrative duties
- Coordinating technicians effectively for service calls and administration
- Providing excellent customer service and follow-up
About You:
We are looking for someone who is team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused, with experience in:
- Taking calls from clients and scheduling jobs per client requirements
- High level of customer service
- Adept problem-solving skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
This can be full time or part time, (reduced hours per day) please let us know your preference.
