Koan Solutions is a family-owned and operated business that specialises in automotive electrical installations. With substantial growth in recent times we are seeking a full time permanent customer service / admin assistant to join our growing team. Experience in a similar role would be preferred, but not essential. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service this job may be perfect for you!
What we want:
- Automotive industry experience desirable but not required
- Automotive interest
- Scheduling experience
- Customer service experience
- Confident and natural ability to communicate
- Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Xero and ServiceM8 software packages would be advantageous
Duties including, but not limited to:
- Daily reception duties, such as greeting customers
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to emails
- Data entry
- Following up on customer enquiries
- Scheduling vehicle bookings
- Rostering
- Liaising with technicians and suppliers about parts ordering and requirements
- Other administration duties as required
