Job description

Koan Solutions is a family-owned and operated business that specialises in automotive electrical installations. With substantial growth in recent times we are seeking  a full time permanent customer service / admin assistant to join our growing team. Experience in a similar role would be preferred, but not essential. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service this job may be perfect for you! 

What we want: 

  • Automotive industry experience desirable but not required
  • Automotive interest
  • Scheduling experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Confident and natural ability to communicate
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Xero and ServiceM8 software packages would be advantageous

Duties including, but not limited to:

  • Daily reception duties, such as greeting customers
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Data entry
  • Following up on customer enquiries
  • Scheduling vehicle bookings
  • Rostering 
  • Liaising with technicians and suppliers about parts ordering and requirements
  • Other administration duties as required
