What you'll be doing:
A global security company are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team.
This role provides scheduling support to the Service Schedulers, including contacting customers to gather additional information, fielding customer queries, scheduling works, managing parts for reactive and project works and ensuring that customer SLA's and KPI's are met.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Experience in customer service, knowledge of the security industry is desirable
- Field Service Scheduling
- Experience in office administration
- ERP Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
