About the role:
You will be part of the Scheduling Support Team in an omni-channel contact centre environment. Working day shift, Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekend working.
The Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with the Customer Service team and external Employees to ensure a strong performance and results-based culture is fostered with a high level of service/ support delivered as the end goal.
You'll be working in a supportive and engaging environment that embraces change and continuous improvement.
Key areas of focus
- Strategically planning and optimising Technicians future schedules for efficiency
- Assisting in daily run management
- Coordinating overnight travel arrangements and communicating with Human Resources for accommodation requests.
- Connect with our clients and build strong rapport through meaningful conversations via phone and email
- Administration tasks
- Staying up to do date with our products and services
We’re looking for people who
- Have previous customer service experience
- Can work successfully as part of a team
- Previous knowledge of Smoke Alarm legislation (desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with exceptional time management skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Have professional written and verbal communication skills
- Have previous experience in using CRM system (desirable)
- Background in field support or mapping runs. (desirable not necessary)
