THE POSITION
We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to roster our corporate portfolio of sites based in the CBD. This will be offered as a permanent full-time position working from our office in Parramatta.
You will be responsible for:
- Management and maintenance of rosters
- Acting as a key liaison with Wilson Security National Operations Centre
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on key labour metrics and making recommendations to the Operations Manager for corrective action to be implemented
- Management of associated systems and tools
- Providing a first point-of-contact / support for relevant employee and customer enquires
Our ideal applicant will:
- Have previous experience in a rostering or labour allocation role, ideally across multiple sites
- Confidently use Microsoft applications and rostering systems
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment with high volume calls and adhering to deadlines
- Have a professional verbal and communication style with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ideally have a NSW security licence, however this is not essential
