Schools Relationship Coordinator!The
Schools Relationship Coordinator position is responsible for increasing Box Hill Institute’s profile by building and maintaining existing and new secondary school networks and managing the engagement of these networks. The primary focus of the role is to build awareness of all BHI courses and offerings and coordinate targeted promotional information on all courses including pathway programs to ensure effective delivery to secondary schools and associated networks.Within this role, you will you will be coordinating activities and resources that enhance course enrolments, customer satisfaction and achieve key student recruitment initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to attend key recruitment events including the annual careers practitioners’ seminar, exhibitions and career evenings.The
Schools Relationship Coordinator is a member of the Student Experience portfolio. This position is responsible for working professionally with employees at all levels across the BHI and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.The
Schools Relationship Unit leverages the unique strengths of both Box Hill Institute and Centre for Adult Education. The team is focused on engagement across all secondary schools and other relevant stakeholders including Career Practitioners, Careers Groups, Secondary School Students and their influencers.Note; this role is an ongoing opportunity and salary is in line with PACCT 6 $77,949.00 per annum (exclusive of superannuation).
About You:- Relevant Degree or post graduate qualification in Business, Marketing or similar
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role
- Current Victorian Driver’s License
- High level communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in preparing and delivering logical and succinct presentations making a positive impression on others and delivering these with impact
- Demonstrated experience in managing information to encourage prospective students, key school stakeholders, and other stakeholders to promote a positive brand image
- Ability to confidently convey ideas and information in a clear and interesting way
- Passionate about BHI and our offerings; ability to convey our opportunities to potential students and stakeholders
- People leadership skills; ability to support your team and collaborate to achieve goals
