Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an SDA Property Manager.
- This role involves managing properties within our SDA portfolio and liaising with the support teams of NDIS participants to assist them in becoming Tenants in those properties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our managed properties.
- Serve as the primary contact point for the support teams for NDIS participants within our properties.
- Coordinate with NDIS SIL providers and Support Coordinators in acquiring participants as Tenants.
- Handle NDIS tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with local rental laws and regulations and NDIS compliance.
- Recording all transactions on our “Console Cloud” Property Management Programme.
- Some Inspection travel involved and some overnight accommodation necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A qualification in disability, community services, mental health, social work, or allied health.
- A Queensland Real Estate Licence would be great; however, we would strongly encourage suitable candidates to apply as we will assist you in obtaining your Real Estate Licence.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office software
- Experience in dealing with LAC or Support Coordinators in the disability space.
- Knowledge of NDIS regulations, disability services and support systems.
- Familiarity with the NDIS Portals.
