Secretary/PA Position located just 80 meters from Manly Beach.
Great lifestyle position supporting a managing director with interests in property development and hospitality.
Approximately 20 hours per week, preferably between 10:30am and 3:30pm Monday to Thursday but there is scope for flexibility.
Start prior to EASTER!
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Managing general correspondence, particularly emails, and ensuring it is handled in a timely manner
- Assisting with reporting and research using MS Suite of products in particular MS Word and MS Excel
- Working one on one with the director, taking dictation, reviewing plans
- Organising appointments, meetings & travel
- Training provided
- 3 years minimum PA experience.
Skills and experience required
- Fluent English
- Strong Microsoft office/computer skills and experience
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- A sense of humour
