We believe it’s people that make a business successful. And as part of our next chapter of growth, we’re looking for a new Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic and welcoming team.
What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio through all stages of the broking process, with support from the broking team
- Develop strong working relationships with Strata Managers and underwriters to support business retention and growth
- Confidently manage and respond to queries from customers and underwriters
- Maintain and develop knowledge of legislation, products and systems
What you’ll bring
- Commitment to honesty, integrity and transparency.
- Customer-centric perspective, with the desire to go the extra mile.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to assist others, as and when required.
We’d really like it if you also have:
- Strata insurance experience
- Tier 1 RG146
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a financial services role
- Experience with Microsoft programs
