The on-trade prestige market is one of our fastest growing and most important channels - as a strategic pillar for growth, we are focused on bringing huge innovation across brand, quality, serve and experience. You will be front and centre - forming and driving our strategy as we continue to excite consumers and stretch what is possible in this hugely exciting channel. You will own the account management and new business focus within the prestige market, using your knowledge and passion for the sector to achieve commercial success and sustainable customer partnership.
Create your Legacy with your Founder’s Passion and Entrepreneurial Flair
We’re looking for someone amazing - someone who is agile in their approach, can multi-task with ease, is self-motivated and who customers genuinely want to partner with. Along with this, you’ll have:
- A key focus and passion for the prestige on-trade market within your region, and key influences and trends wider afield
- Sales/commercial experience, which could come from account management, new business, brand, ambassadorial or activation
- Experience of leading cross functional projects
- evidence of developing highly effective and sustainable trading terms
- evidence of success with key industry influencers/buyers and opinion formers within your region
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
