We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team located in Chatswood. Reporting to the Director, Sales and Operations Manager, this position will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients/distributors and manage all stages of the account management process.
Key responsibilities include, not limited to:
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships and service to high value key distributors.
- Communicate regularly with distributors on market changes and understands the individual distributor’s motivations and goals and can predict key needs
- Provide support in monitoring distributor’s accounts to ensure they stay on-track to achieve their business goals
- Proactively define solutions to core problems affecting the local execution of strategy and the account’s desired outcome
- Provide insightful reports on account performance and conducts detailed analysis (KPI’s, market trends, distributors business data)
- Provides support for strategic/key accounts by supporting implementation of broad business strategies providing information for strategic reviews
Experience and Skills required:
- Qualifications in Business Administration with emphasis on Sales/Marketing or related area
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Financial acumen
- Consulting and coaching skills
- Selling techniques
- Conflict management
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills
