The Company
Our client is a successful Property company located in Botany with onsite parking available. They are currently on the hunt for a Senior Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role
As the Senior Accountant, you will report to a talented CFO and be responsible for an interesting portfolio of properties. Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Asset Accounting
- Analysis of lease outgoings
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Prepare monthly reporting packs including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis and variance commentaries
- Prepare outgoings reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
- Involvement in process improvement projects

Your Background
To be considered for this Senior Accountant role you will meet the following criteria:
- Professional Accounting qualification (CA / CPA or equivalent)
- Property industry (highly regarded)
- MRI experience (highly regarded)
- Those who have worked as a Financial Accountant or Corporate Accountant (or similar) within the property space are welcome to apply
