The Role
Reporting into a talented Financial Controller, your duties as the Senior Accountant will involve (but not limited to) the following:

• Month-end reporting
• Assisting with board pack preparation
• Maintaining QMS (quality management system)
• Working with the FC on external Audit
• Assisting the FC with BAS, FBT, GST etc.
• Utilisation of the business intelligence software to provide insights for stakeholders
• Business partnering and supporting other divisions
• Project work - e.g. integration of upcoming acquisitions, improvement of processes, systems etc.

Your Background
As the Senior Accountant, this position will suit someone who enjoys working in a growing environment and is open to performing a broad range of tasks.
To be considered for this Senior Accountant position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Professionally qualified or close to qualifying (e.g. CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.)
• Proven hands-on month-end reporting experience evident on your CV
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise confidently with stakeholders
• Relatable industry experience will be highly regarded (e.g. import, distribution, wholesale etc.)
