Qualifications, Capabilities and Knowledge

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information

Capabilities and Knowledge Technology

• Master's degree in Computer Science will be an added advantage
• At least 10 years of Experience in oracle PI/SQL programming.

Desirable Qualifications

• Certification in HL7 & FHIR is desirable
• Capabilities and Knowledge Certification of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundation) is must

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Oracle Utility Energy - Customer Cloud Service Implementation & Support Project. Need to create design, configure the system, development and implementation and eventually giving support to end customer by giving them proper training. Contribution required in data migration from legacy to C2M platform in CC&B and MDM areas.
• Technical support for all interface across the organization - Need to involve and performing in system testing and integration testing association with Application teams. Contribution required to make new API design or modification of existing FHIR API by customizing it.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Application Implementation & Support - need to contribute the programming and designing on AP/AR/GL/OM module with proper knowledge of rapid implementation. Need to contribute on OIC with third party integration programming by adhering all the new skills. Contribute to making custom BI reports in xml, .xls and other .rtf format. Contribute to make the design in OAC & FAW reporting tools and application areas and need to know how the third-party data integrate with FAW.

Key Performance Indicators of the Candidate based on above Job description/ Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include other tasks which your Manager may instruct you to undertake from time to time.
The candidate should have sound knowledge in Oracle Utility Energy - C2M cloud service specified e2e functional areas along with strong Technical knowledge of existing MDM and CC&B artefacts, person must have the ability to identify the meter data flow coming from HES tooracle C2M through Oracle SGG.

• The candidate must have strong knowledge in technical flow diagram in CC&B as well MDM areas. Should have CIS, billing, and Meter Management VO and object mapping and all the system configurations on MO and attached with relevant VO in Oracle Utility C2MCloud Service Application.
• Candidate should have strong groovy and xml programming knowledge to customize any existing MO or VO scripts and align with new business requirement. Should have technical knowledge on existing workflow algorithm batch, workflow event type and attached with workflow process template. Need to know how to schedule any Job stream creation by attaching the workflow process and set time feature configuration.

Configuration part in OSB, configure the web logic server, activate all the services in OSB for SOA gateway synchronization to retrieve any file from HES to Oracle Utility C2M.

• The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in Oracle provided adaptor customization and map with the Oracle SGG command like Remote connect/ on demand read etc., Strong debugging expertise with real-time critical systems. Hands on experience is required to creating any Life cycle flow inside the MO scripts for achieving the certain task.

Knowledge on XAI inbound services related to Oracle SGG.

• The candidate should have proper data migration knowledge in Oracle Utility energy platform, by mapping all the source and target data, knowledge of all the back-end tables in CC&B module for customer data migration from legacy.
• The candidate must have strong understanding of EHR and must be deeply rooted in healthcare domain knowledge. The candidate should have proper knowledge in HL7 logical architecture, and its framework consist with OSI model. Should have knowledge of messages like MSH, EVN, PID, NK1 etc. need to have the knowledge of CCDA and how HL7 consolidate clinical data by XML based markup.
• The candidate should have a solid technical background and skills in SQL and understanding of HL7 file formats and should have resolving capability in SQL, and Excel.

The candidate must expertise in data migration from legacy to Interface engine in HL7-FHIR domain. Using the proper REST API provided by FHIR.

• Should have the ability to modify or customize FHIR API if required to some extent. Ability to understand the RESTfuI API services to fetching any specific data from third party system. Should be familiar with all the operations provided by FHIR REST API like GET, PUT and POST etc.
• The Candidate should have proper knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application with all the core modules like GL/AP/AR/OM. Person should have thorough knowledge of e2e business flow of Oracle Procurement and Supply Chain and Oracle Financial Cloud areas.

Should have the knowledge to create Hyperion report in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Develop high quality code (clean, reusable, maintainable) with maximum level of testing, Create/Deploy/Manage a Cloud Native Multi-tenant platform. Understanding of ETL tool process available in ODI marketplace. Should have the knowledge of Application Development in PL/SQL and Rest APIs areas.
• The candidate should have e2e Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation knowledge with all the technical components e.g., OIC Integration, Data migration tool like ZDM, Data Pump, Data conversion and 3rd party integration by REST API or SOUP web service.
• The candidate should have strong debugging and programming knowledge in Oracle EBS platform as well as Oracle Fusion cloud environment in OIC platform. Must have strong technical knowledge in data analysis, data mapping from source to Target platform.

Performance
Perform and understand the HL7-FHIRIntegration, Oracle Fusion Cloud Application programming and development, Oracle Energy Utility process assessment/programming design or a model-based solution with pre-defined process artifacts, known domain, less demanding timelines independently.

• Perform planning and implement Model based programming solution with new solution requirement/domain, process artifacts partially available and mix of experience/fresh professionals independently.
• Perform and should well be experienced in reverse engineering process to gather requirements and to design coherent systems.
