Being a boutique, you will work closely with individuals across all business areas and gain exposure to a wide array of task.
Responsibilities
- Support the prospecting efforts in the retail advice channels.
- Support Business Development Managers in maintaining strong market activity in chosen segments
- Maintain active engagement with cliental to ensure effective pipelining conversion
- Assisting the delivery of tactical campaign work to develop leads
- Manage and collate data to deliver actional insights.
- Manage ad hoc projects and initiatives to support uplift in Distribution efficiency.
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing team to facilitate functional aspects of events.
The Person
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven apptitude to sell. This means having good conversation skills, the ability to ask open ended questions and a desire to engage with new and different people. If you have had some engagement with the Wholesale space or understand the financial adviser market, you will be positioned well to take on this role.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development Associate positions (ideally dealing with Financial Advisers)
- A natural ability to speak to and engage with new people along with a drive to get out and meet people
- High levels of organisational skills where you can manage various tasks and decide which is most important at any time
