The Senior Associate will support clients, suppliers and customers for the ISN Enterprise software platforms ISNetworld & Transparency-One. You will assist with new supplier onboarding and outreach, conduct prospecting of new business, account management and customer service. You'll get the opportunity to engage with customers and clients in English and Japanese, making you a highly valuable and influential team member. You provide a critical link between customers, sales, Business Development and management of client accounts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively service and support ISNetworld & Transparency-One contractor/supplier clients and hiring clients
- Conduct training via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings
- Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
- Field incoming calls, handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems
- Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections
- Proactively analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
- Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients
- Conduct regular client meetings including trainings and monthly calls
- Participate in prospecting efforts including calls, emails and new business meetings
- Support and lead events including industry roundtables
- Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections, drive account expansion and engagement through ongoing client outreach
- Support additional internal teams to execute projects driving company initiatives
- Share process improvement ideas companywide to improve client experience
- Assist with planning of annual executive review meetings with client leadership to review account progress, data analysis, benchmarking and develop goals for the upcoming year
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual (written and verbal) in English and Japanese
Knowledge and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales and/or customer service
- Capacity to master the contractor/supplier and client services functionality in ISNetworld & Transparency-One platforms
- Ability to work with multi-national companies and various leadership levels
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
